I was 5 min late for a 1 hour appt. Antonio said he wouldn’t have time to blow dry my hair bc of this. He left my 10 min conditioning treatment in for only 2 min & tried to end my appt 25 min early (w no blow dry) bc he was double booked. When I asked for him to use my full time slot to blow dry my hair he got annoyed & didn’t finish my hair nicely. Won’t return.

Unsure how this is a top rated salon. The salon was dark and gloomy. The staff spoke in Italian the entire time. The staff persisted on selling more products and services and didn’t listen to my wishes but oh well.

Chedia was amazing, so delicate and accurate, did an amaizng job! The blow dry was soo good it lasted 3 days without curls/waves falling.
