I don't usually leave bad reviews, and I've been coming a long time, but my hair looks pretty bad a chedia had quite an unpleasant attitude! I asked for face framing and the babylights are so thin they just make my brown hair look dull rather than brighter. They also go down the parting so don't face frame at all. Look like a weird bronze halo.
Chedia wouldn't use conditioner after olaplex 2 , saying it was a conditioner. It's basic stuff that its not, and clearly says so on their website.

Ofelia is absolutely incredible and very skilled at what she does. Not only does she listen and perfectly execute what I want but she is friendly and makes the hours go by with ease. She puts time into what she does to make sure hair lifts evenly and I have very warm undertones so it’s difficult to bring it to a level that doesn’t look brassy, but she times everything so accurately so the end result is beautiful. I always come back to her for cuts/toning/highlights. Can’t recommend her enough!!
