Venue looked ran down, wasn't particularly clean. Hairdresser was argumentative and contradicted anything I tried to discuss, which made the dialogue on my expectations really difficult and resulted in a really bad, streaky hair colour. I'm now having to pay for a new appointment at a more reputable colourist to make up for the damage done here.

Snezhe was extremely nice and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. The venue was clean and all workers were very welcoming. :)
