Have been going here the past few years but my last few appointments have been disappointing. Felt rushed and not listened too. I feel like consultations should be a little longer and the stylist should actually be making an effort to understand what the client wants. The cut was okay but the blow dry was not what I asked. Also for some reason they’ve stopped doing head massages at the washing station, not sure why. Seems the salon is now focused on making quick money and doing the bare minimum.

Was given a great colour- very happy with the end result of this however the haircut was awful. Given layers when asked for one length and the overall haircut is completely uneven. Waited 45 mins for my appointment and wasn’t finished until after closing time. Very happy with the colour and olaplaex treatment but have been wearing my hair up since the haircut.
