I had a wash, cut and blowdry with venetia and she was fantastic. She got very quickly the sort of thing I was looking for and made it look great. She also gave me advice on caring for my hair and maintaining the style, and she was very friendly too.

They made me pay extra even though they saw how upset I was coming in and my hair isn’t long at all it’s just let my shoulders get it wasn’t “medium” .
I had some terrible news but the hairdresser kept talking about her problems and I just cried
