I booked a long hair blow dry which specifically states below shoulder (above bottom of shoulder blade), my hair is just past my collar bone. At the sink and my hair already washed,
I was told that actually her manager would say my hair is extra long and the charge would be 25% more - was I ok with that. The fact my hair was soaking didn’t leave me any choice. What followed that scam was a very, very mediocre blow dry by someone who continued to try and sell me things.
