There was hair on the seat that my friend was led over to. Managed to burn my hair with the curling tongs - it smelled burned afterwards and on washing. Disappointing.

I wish I checkes the Google reviews when I booked. the hairdresser I had was lovely however just hacked at my hair and I was extremely unsatisfied, I asked her to make it look less jaggered but she didn't understand what I meant. rude manager as well
