Pretty “okayish” experience. Had to wait for 30mins despite of having a reservation, not only that but also my friend who accompanied me didn’t got a haircut as apparently they were overbooked for the day regardless of him making a reservation. The staff was wonderful and did all they could to rectify the error but all in all wouldn’t suggest to visit
