This was a very disappointing experience. Adriana kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter despite me asking her not to. I said my hair is curly so it will bounce up much shorter after cutting and she kept insisting my hair is not curly?! She also blow dried it straight after I repeatedly asked her not to. I used to go to Gusto all the time but I don’t think I’ll be going back!

Lovely place and hairdresser very nice and friendly, unfortunately the blow dry didn’t last. I must say my hair is quite thin, but with a bit less conditioner and the use of rollers / thickening lotions I had successful blow dries before which lasted days.

I had a brazillian blowout treatment with Ady. She was exceptionally skilled, patient, and paid great attention to detail. I have very frizzy and coarse hair and she explained the treatment thoroughly during ever step. She even took extra time and care to assure me that the treatment would be effective for my hair type. I haven’t washed my hair yet to see the full results but I’ve had a lovely overall experience, will definitely come back!
