This was a really poor experience. I had called in advance to check Melania could do 'beachy waves with a tong' for my booking and was confirmed, no issues. On arrival, Melania refused to use tongs, said she had only 30 minutes so 'would need to be quick' and told me off for being late (I was 15 minutes early). In the end it was a terrible blowdry, rushed and not what I wanted. I paid a £5 supplement regardless then I walked into Aveda down the road to have it re-done straight after. Avoid.

They were running very late (well over half an hour) and didn't apologise or check that it was ok to wait so long. they haircut itself was ok but very quick, felt like she was trying to get it done as quickly as possible.
