Amazing! I’m so glad I finally found a professional hair dresser who listens and knows how to deliver.
The treatment was wonderful. Antonia was really nice, professional and skilled. She took my hairstyle very seriously and gave me advices about it, which I really appreciate. I had my best haircut ever.
I was offered a “free toner” to help salvage what my hair was turned into the last time. It did look better but looks pretty much the same after I wash my hair. This was not worth the £300, even with the free toner. At least my friend’s balayage ended up looking great on her cause the hairdresser working on her actually knew what he’s doing.
I came with clear photos of what I wanted: balayage with cool colours & a face framing cut where the hair near my face reaches my chin. Adriana rushed through the bleaching process & then said I hurried her which was a lie. It didn’t lighten the hair enough. She said I needed an Olaplex treatment for 30 mins and then left it on for over an hr. Cut my hair way too short. I was charged £300 to be told l’ll “get what I want the next time I come”. They won’t regrow my hair. I need a box dye to fix
Short hairstyles can be tricky, but I was very happy with Antonia's cut. I left the salon with just the hair I had wanted. Overall had a great experience, with the hair treatment and friendly staff (even had a chocolate treat).
