That was my second or third visit of this salon. I have been to hairdressers countless times through my life but that was the first time hairdresser started cutting before shampoo. I guess everyone has different ways to cut hair, yet she’s done good job.

I booked in for a bouncy blow dry for my hen do, 1hr before my appt they said they needed to push it back by 15mins, I explained I had another appt at 1130 so couldn’t be late. When the stylist arrived she said she wasn’t meant to start until 11am… even though I had booked this in the week. She couldn’t do a bouncy blow dry in that time, so instead curled my hair with hair straighteners. Not at all what I booked or expected, and I was also late to my next appt. Would not recommend.

I have super fine hair, literally 5 strands and a half. Had done a little framing around face and a maintenance trim. Everything went super smooth, at all stages I was asked if everything is alright and if I am comfortable. Very happy with a cut. Also, during blowout, I loved the fact that he didn’t use too much heat and my scalp didn’t burn, that was super. Oh, and had a great conversation throughout!
