Hairdresser was skilled and did a great job in the end but I kept getting cut off when I was trying to speak so not the most friendly experience. I have thick hair however expecting to pay the £33 I was charged online but was charged an additional £25 in the salon. Almost doubling the cost. A small markup may have been fair but this was quite a bit. Hairbrush still had someone else’s hair in it.

I only really get my hair cut at Gusto, and have done so for many years now. My favourite experience was with Olympia at the Oxford St Location. Hair cut is always good.

Olimpia was so great with my hair and really reassuring. I was a bit nervous as it was my first haircut in a long time, and I wanted a bit of an unconventional style. She really listened to me and gave me a cut that makes my fine hair look naturally voluminous, and the experience felt like a treat to myself.
