My hairdresser was really nice but unfortunately my cut was not even and I found the colouring process to be low quality and uncomfortable. I also found the salon was too busy and myself and a lot of other customers were just sat waiting around whilst they tried to mulitask different clients. I was sat for about 20 mins with a "treatment" on whilst my hairdresser dried someone elses hair.
