I accidentally went to the Oxford St Gusto instead of the Covent Garden one and the staff were so accommodating, understanding and flexible about this.
Virginia did an incredible job on cutting and styling my hair - I am now going to style it this way for my cousins wedding!
Will definitely be coming back for my next haircut due to the relaxed and talented staff. 🙂

Virginia cut my hair shorter than I asked she also made a botched job of my layers and fringe. I just wanted to get out as fast as possible before she did any more damage as she kept trying to fix it because she knew she messed up.
