Brazilian blow dry listed as £75 on here, with a £15 surcharge if your hair is long, so I was expecting to pay £90 in total for my treatment. Sadly, this was not the case and they demanded £150 because my hair (which hardly falls below my chin) was deemed too long to be categorised as a 'Men's treatment' and that I should instead be charged as a women's Brazilian blow dry. Completely arbitrary decision to extort me on the spot with no prior mention of such a condition, which is outrageous.
