Venetia is brilliant! After bad experiences at other salons I was a bit apprehensive but Venetia was so great and really took her time to make sure we were on the same page, and the end result was perfect!

This is the most odios team and management ! I booked the most expensive service for a wash and blow dry (extra long) on treatwell even if my hair are not long, and the hairdresser attacked me verbally and front of all other customers saying “she is not paid enough doing my hair because I booked with Treatwell” that “the price is not worth the work” and start botching my hair after letting me wait for 30min … This is not acceptable !!! Don’t book they are really bad it’s a scam !!

It was ok. I wanted a bit of a change but left with my hair still looking almost the same and seemed like the same length was kept to. Not sure if a proper ‘luxury’ hair mask was used as part of the experience as it felt just like normal conditioner left on my hair for like less than 2 mins. Would be weary to go back.
