Avoid! Rough/ cold hair wash, hairdresser stopped in the middle of my blow dry because her arms hurt and I couldn't 'slump down' in my chair to cater for her arms hurting.
But to be honest it was probably a good thing someone else took over as I had to say 3 separate times about the hair dryer burning my scalp.
Never ever had experience like that before.
The lady with short hair who took over from me was lovely and very professional though- so at least finished off with a good experience!

Virginia was absolutely amazing! This is the first time I have gone to a new hair dresser in years, and as a blonde, was so nervous I wouldn’t get the shade quite right- Virginia was brilliant with this and I am the happiest I have ever been with my hair. I had a balayage, cut and blow dry for quite late in the evening and in previous experiences this can be quite rushed- Virginia was anything but that and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect.
