My appointment started bang on time, and my hairdresser was so professional and detailed yet efficient! Best haircut in years. I was offered a refreshment while my hair mask was in. Can’t wait to go back!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Listened to what I wanted/needed done to my hair and treated me very well, constantly making sure I was doing okay (especially due to the heat both outside and inside the salon)! Overall great experience and price.

Nice staff but took off a lot more length than I asked for. Cut took nearly two hours and the facilities were not that clean. Appreciate its a good price in central london.
