The venue wasn't super clean. The end result of the blow-dry was great and Simone was lovely. During the washing portion, my entire face, ear, and shirt ended up being soaking wet.

Hairdresser was skilled and did a great job in the end but I kept getting cut off when I was trying to speak so not the most friendly experience. I have thick hair however expecting to pay the £33 I was charged online but was charged an additional £25 in the salon. Almost doubling the cost. A small markup may have been fair but this was quite a bit. Hairbrush still had someone else’s hair in it.
