I absolutely love my hair! I was looking for a shaggy style, and Virginia did exactly what I wanted. She really understood the look I was going for and created it perfectly. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend her.

I felt rushed throughout the appointment, and when I raised my concern that the haircut was not even between the right and left sides, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously. After returning home, I ended up having to use my own scissors to make adjustments and even out the cut myself.
My hair did not feel properly washed, and the water used was uncomfortably cold. In addition, during the blow-dry, I found the handling of my hair quite rough, and the stylist's hands felt too heavy.
