I ended up going to the Soho salon as there was a technical issue at the Covent Garden salon. The staff were a mix of Soho and CG staff and were all very apologetic and accommodating. I was very pleased with the service and the staff. The hair treatment and head massage was great, and I love my haircut. Will go back (and also try the Covent Garden Salon) - definitely recommend.

Lovely haircut at Gusto. My stylist was a lovely man who consistently checked that I was happy with styling decisions throughout my cut. I had 6 inches cut off my hair and a complete style change which ended with a lovely blow dry at the end. This lasted for a number of days when my blow dries normally drop out within minutes.

Mixed feelings for this venue.
Appointment at their Covent Garden salon but when I got there it was closed with no notice on door. Contacted their other salon and went there instead and had hair done with no charge and pleased with result but took an hour longer than anticipated.
There had been a problem with broken lock with accessing the Covent Garden salon that day so hopefully would not happen again but I should have been contacted beforehand.
Would try them again though in circumstance as had a good hairdresser do my hair
