My hair cut was great in the back and on my left side but on the right quite a few chunks of hair had not been cut and it looked quite choppy, ended having to cut it at home on my own. Wouldn't not recommend Gusto but double check things before leaving!

Didn't even have my appointment, as they text me a few hours before saying that they had booked me in on someone's day so I would have to reschedule. I wasn't offered a different time or anything, so ended up having to go elsewhere! I understand that mistakes happen, but they didn't do much in the way of trying to fix it
