I cannot fault the staff and the haircut/treatment I received. The only thing that could've been improved was the scheduling. I arrived and was told that my appointment would be delayed by at least 30 minutes and I could either reschedule or wait. I was a little annoyed but decided to wait as I had made my way there specially and wouldn't have been able to reschedule for a while but it was definitely worth the wait. The staff were very friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. I left feeling very happy with my haircut which doesn't often happen!!
