Really pleased with my haircut but due to an issue with the Treatwell booking system my appointment was moved an hour later which was more than a bit inconvenient. This was no fault of the salon though and I would return as my stylist spent the time looking the picture of the style that I wanted and creating a style that both works and is easily maintainable for me.

I was really pleased with my wash, cut and blow dry at Gusto Covent Garden. The deal also included a treatment hair mask which made my hair feel great afterwards and was definitely value for money. Mario listened to what type of cut I wanted and did a fantastic job! My only reservation is that I had to wait for 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.

The receptionist was so lovely. She made my friend and I feel at ease straight away by offering us a hot beverage. I unfortunately didn't book a stylist when I booked online so on the day, I was extremely lucky to have Mario as my hairdresser. He was amazing! I was so nervous as I normally have bad experiences with hairdressers. Mario put me at ease straight away, listened to what I wanted but also gave me his opinion (I asked for it) on what I could do with my hair. My hair was also in a bad condition (really dry) so he gave me some really helpful tips! Gusto is my new favourite hairdressing salon and Mario is definitely my new favourite hairdresser. Will definitely be going back!

The ambience of the place was excellent, both the girl at the reception and my hairdresser (Mario) were very friendly and positive; they made me feel good!
The haircut itself is one of the best I have ever had. For £26 you get a wash and a cut only, but actually Mario took time to think and advise me of what would look good on me and made sure I was happy every step of the way.
Great overall.
