I booked on treatwell for £28 however once I arrived they informed me the cut would be £35, with no real explanation as to why. I had specifically chosen Gusto for the price, but agreed that would be fine. Sadly not the best experience as they are newly opened and there was no hot water, I had to wait 20 minutes with half wet hair for the water to heat up and even then it was still cold, but I didn't want to wait any longer as my appointment was already 15 minutes late starting. While the cut was good and the hairdresser was lovely, it was overall a very disappointing experience for the price paid.
