Was looked after really well. I'm happy with the results of my keratin treatment. I still have my waves by most of the frizz has gone. There is a small section where there is still frizz, maybe not enough of the product got applied there, but overall for the price it was well worth it!

I turned up, having booked an appointment for a "haircut and blow dry with a luxury hair conditioning treatment" which was £36 and was told that if I actually wanted hair cut off then it would be an extra £15, I.e. £51 in total. This was way more than I could afford and I had to leave. The offer is completely misleading and the staff did not seem to care.
