The stylist I had (Michael) was lovely- very friendly, funny and polite, but there was one guy called Mario who just looked so moody throughout the time I was there, it was quite off putting. The girl at reception was really great too- smiley, helpful and polite. Unfortunately, I didn't find the experience that comfortable, the seats didn't really fit the hair washing basin so I felt like I was arching my back during the hair washing and when the toner was being applied. The colour result of the toner was good but the blow dry was sub-par. I asked for beach waves but I got curls at the end of my hair instead and I noticed when I got home that there was a chunk of hair that hadn't been curled at all.

My experience in the New Gusto Salon was simply unforgettable. The atmosphere is lovely and the hairdressers are professional and friendly. The receptionist welcomed me with the warmest smile ever and she offered me a drink. I really enjoyed the pictures she took of my hair in front of a Background with the Salon's Logo. Good music, good prices.. great Vibe and naturally good result! You can feel they love what they do as soon as you get in: I'll definitely book again!
