I booked in for a cut and ombre with Mario. He is brill! It was quite a big decision because I have dark curly hair but he was really patient and gave me advice on what colour to choose etc. He definitely put me at ease and the hair cut turned out great. Unfortunately, because I wanted quite a short hair cut, this meant that a lot of the ombre was then cut out, but he booked me in for a correction appointment there and then which was really kind. Ingrid (?) and other people managing the desk are also really nice. They texted me to let me know I could come in early for my appt. if I wanted and I really appreciated the flexibility.
