The brazilian blow dry took long but was totally worth it, my hair is much smoother and easy to style now! A part from the strong smell during the application process, everything else was fine.

The stylist I had (Michael) was lovely- very friendly, funny and polite, but there was one guy called Mario who just looked so moody throughout the time I was there, it was quite off putting. The girl at reception was really great too- smiley, helpful and polite. Unfortunately, I didn't find the experience that comfortable, the seats didn't really fit the hair washing basin so I felt like I was arching my back during the hair washing and when the toner was being applied. The colour result of the toner was good but the blow dry was sub-par. I asked for beach waves but I got curls at the end of my hair instead and I noticed when I got home that there was a chunk of hair that hadn't been curled at all.
