Staff was very friendly and polite, the salon itself looks great- but again the haircut was not great. I had to ask twice to redo it and the hairdresser was trying hard to make me happy for a good review. I think its a general problem in London- there are no good hairdressers, i tried a lot of places and none of them were brilliant. The haircut in the end was okay. Another thing that upset me is that he didnt do a proper blow-dry, i think i could do a better blow dry at home than what I had in the end. What any woman expects after leaving the hair salon is to look beautiful but that was not the case yesterday.
Anyway, thank you for trying to make me happy, but thats not enough, the hairdresser should be a professional and live his job to make customers happy with their service.
