I booked in for a cut and ombre with Mario. He is brill! It was quite a big decision because I have dark curly hair but he was really patient and gave me advice on what colour to choose etc. He definitely put me at ease and the hair cut turned out great. Unfortunately, because I wanted quite a short hair cut, this meant that a lot of the ombre was then cut out, but he booked me in for a correction appointment there and then which was really kind. Ingrid (?) and other people managing the desk are also really nice. They texted me to let me know I could come in early for my appt. if I wanted and I really appreciated the flexibility.

Absolutely loved Maria - skilled hair stylist, knowledgeable, bubbly and an absolute sweetheart. Did a fantastic job with my hair and went above and beyond to give me great service.
Was a little disappointed at the behaviour of the receptionist, who basically ignored me upon my arrival and sat on the couch playing on her phone until someone came over and told her to help me out.

This is a review for colouring and highlights. This Gusto branch is new, and more quiet than the Soho salong. I was very happy with the service and result and would recommend it.
