I have returned to gusto a number of times now, and whilst I continue to come for the incredible value highlights, it has started to frustrate me that I can never get the same hairdresser two visits in a row. There appears to be a very high turn over of staff. The highlights were fine, but as this hairdresser did not achieve the great colour that I came out with on my last visit I left feeling a bit disappointed. Nonetheless it's a great location, last minute appointment and the best price in highlights you can find!
