I had a fabulous haircut at Gusto.
Everyone I interacted with were very friendly, approachable and professional.
The haircut from Ofelia was amazing - she took a great about of time and cut with precision and expertise.

Did a really lovely job of my colour (although it might be slightly on the light side - will have to see how it grows out!). Trim was simple but well done. Only criticism is doing the toner before telling me it was extra / the price - but overall satisfied and would come back!

Ofelia is a great colourist and hairdresser - my highlights look so natural I am VERY impressed. Will definitely go back and ask for her again.

there was a little wait and my appointment time was changed but the staff were friendly, I got a glass of water and the haircut was very good, as was the styling, even if my hair got pulled a lot during styling.
