Had a really great time here with it's buzzy and lively atmosphere and great service, the cut was the best I've had in years and the value is simply incredible for such a centrally located hairdressers. The stylist was understanding and knew exactly how to manage my hair while also giving tips on how to home manage it. It's probably the best salon I've been to in over a decade, going back next month for some foils!

I have been to the Soho branch a number of times and always have great service. Due to recently opening the new salon was quite chaotic but service and hair cut are brilliant as always.

It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and I left with a completely uneven haircut. I then had to pay to get my hair cut again at a different place and they were shocked that a hairdresser had actually made my hair this way. Everything looked dirty despite them saying it was newly opened and the hairdresser kept saying 'don't you think it's very cheap £30 for a haircut' and implying that he didn't want to cut my hair. Why make a deal available if your employees resent honouring the deal?
