Awesome haircut and Ofelia was great listened to what I expected for my haircut and did exactly that. Great geometric cut and long lasting super straight blow dry despite my difficult to manage hair. Also fun atmosphere. Overall recommended and I will be visiting again.

My haircut itself was actually good, and I appreciate it more and more as I style my hair since the cut. That being said, I felt there were a few things that needed improvement for me to go back again. The salon is not clean. Wet towels with hair are thrown on empty chairs - and I was directed to sit in such a chair while waiting for my appointment to start - I didn't want to sit there, and perched at the very end of the seat. The salon was very stuffy and hot.
My stylist was nice, which I appreciated. In my consultation, she seemed to get exactly what I was looking for, which was great! During the hair washing, she was a bit careless (which I didn't appreciate) - water and shampoo were getting into my ears, down my neck (things that didn't happen at other salons, perhaps with more experienced/careful stylists?).
I think what concerned me most was that no heat-protectant was used in my hair before blowdrying it. I take very good care of my hair, and always use good styling products. So I was sad to see that no styling products were used at all (with the exception of a little hairspray at the very end). I wondered whether this was because I had booked a simple wash+cut+blowdry - still, at other salons, using styling products is always part of the experience - it's part of hair care. I noticed that the woman behind me was shown hair products and her stylist was using them for her hair before and after styling her hair, so it made me wonder why nothing was used for me...

Wonderful friendly service, my hairdresser was amazing and I left with my hair exactly how as I'd asked for it. I wouldn't say the vibe is relaxing, but it's fun with good music. I went on my lunch break and the staff were on time and did an amazing job in the hour.
