The treatment made my hair feel the healthiest and silkiest it has in a long time, without losing any body - very impressed! Great hair cut, my hairdresser listened to what I wanted and made his own welcomed suggestions too. Staff were all very friendly but left you to read a mag/look at your phone if you wanted. Nice interior, and they offered coffee and popcorn which is a nice touch. Only thing is seats could be a little comfier...

Staff was lovely and cheerful!
But it felt rushed? Staff handling 2 clients at the same time.
My partner was left to have her hair conditioned for 20 or so mins, 10 or so for wash and maybe like 10-15mins of cut left on the clock..
Is that normal?
