Absolutely excellent service! I was warmly welcomed and asked if I wanted a drink. Emile was a fantastic stylist, he gave some great advice on what highlights suited my hair and the style to go for. Overall a very comfortable and beautiful experience, I will definitely be returning!

When I tried to put my parting in, the hairdresser told me it didn't matter where my parting was as the haircut would be the same. I was going from long to medium and now the cut is wonky as she wouldn't let me part it before she cut it! Also I felt rushed as I wanted more taking off and she kept saying after it's dry we'll take more off and obviously you only finish it off after a cut. Worse cut I've had in London
