My stylist was very professional and I felt very comfortable. I appreciated the team helping with my issue with toner as I did not like the colour of my highlights the 1st time round.

This was a really poor experience. I had called in advance to check Melania could do 'beachy waves with a tong' for my booking and was confirmed, no issues. On arrival, Melania refused to use tongs, said she had only 30 minutes so 'would need to be quick' and told me off for being late (I was 15 minutes early). In the end it was a terrible blowdry, rushed and not what I wanted. I paid a £5 supplement regardless then I walked into Aveda down the road to have it re-done straight after. Avoid.
