Second time to the salon with a four month gap since first time, went for a good trim because my hair had grown out. Hairdresser did basically what I asked for, trim in the front etc, was very satisfied.. but when arriving home noticed it was not straight... also had to wait 25 minutes for hairdresser to be free and was offered tea and a 10% discount, but as I was happy with the result I didn't mention the discount so I still paid the £26.. all in all I'm still happy I went because of the price is so good for someone with long hair like me!! Next time will definitely call and book Ofelia so that I'll have nothing to worry about!

The hair cut was great - the stylist did her job perfectly. She efficiently worked
I didn't feel very welcomed as my coat was not taken from me until I put it on the floor. I wasn't offered a drink and everyone else around me had a drink and snacks provided - which felt very odd. I felt that I was being rushed in and out without a lot of attention.
