This was my second visit and not as good as my first which I was very impressed with. The hair washing was really rushed and the hairdresser was quite rough with my hair. The hair cut was ok, but also felt very rushed towards the end which didn't make for a particularly relaxing experience!

I was very pleased with the haircut but my stylist was quite rough in how she handled my hair and the comb. She was tugging a bit too much on my hair when she was combing it and straightening it.
The cut was beautiful but she straightened my hair too much to the extent that it completely lost volume.
Loved the vibe and the chat overall!
