The Gusto salon staff was extremely friendly and made my experience very pleasant. Ofelia did a marvellous job and I was very satisfied with the outcome. My blow-dry lasted a whole 2 weeks!

My first time there and i m very happy with Kristina who cut my hair! However i was very surprise when i was ask to pay more as apparently my hair were "very long". First my hair were not that long, second they don't have a "very long" hair option on their online form and lastly a trim is still a trim no matter how long your hair are. Overall a good experience, apart from this weird request though.

I had the worst experience possible at a hairdressers. Firstly I had to wait over 30 minutes until my stylist was ready for me and kindly the receptionist let me know I would be given a discount for waiting so long which was nice. When the hairdresser put on the conditioning treatment she then proceeded to tell me she was going for a cigarette while it settled in my hair which I thought was so unprofessional. Then the hairdresser who clearly didn't understand me (I asked for an inch off) took off so much of my hair. I came out the salon extremely disappointed and won't be going back again.
