Had a fantastic haircut at Gusto. However, i had booked in for a short hair (my hair is near my chin) when i went to leave i was told that i needed to pay a further £5. I wasnt entirely sure why but she said my hair was not the short length - although im not sure what does count as short in their eyes. I had no problem paying more but i would have thought they would tell you before the cut so you had a choice.

pretty chilled atmosphere, edgy staff. was a little hectic though, maybe because it's been resently opened.
