It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and I left with a completely uneven haircut. I then had to pay to get my hair cut again at a different place and they were shocked that a hairdresser had actually made my hair this way. Everything looked dirty despite them saying it was newly opened and the hairdresser kept saying 'don't you think it's very cheap £30 for a haircut' and implying that he didn't want to cut my hair. Why make a deal available if your employees resent honouring the deal?

Justine gave me a great cut and did exactly what I wanted. The head massage was also really nice.
The only downside was that the chairs at the sinks were not comfortable.

Staff very nice and helped me move my appointment earlier! The saloon is quite noisy and a bit chaotic as still new but wasn't a problem.
