I was seen within a few minutes of my ten minute early appointment and offered a cup of tea that came with a small bowl of popcorn and a delicious biscuit. There were some communication issues with how much I wanted taken off but it was resolved by going in for a second trim. I had to pay £4 extra as my hair was unexpectedly categorised as long, however it doesn't break the bank! Overall the experience was pleasant and relaxed and the haircut feels good.
Lovely salon and staff. Mario was fantastic and took the time to understand what I wanted - he was very helpful and did a fantastic job with my highlights. Would definitely come back
She basically rough dried my hair and made it really frizzy and then basically used straightening tongs half heartedly over all my hair. I've got curly hair but I've had it blow dried before. Said I needed a cut and that it was dry and asked whether I used conditioner. It might need a trim but that doesn't explain why the top of my head was frizzy. Then charged me £4 extra because they said my hair was extra long, not just long. Really petty.
I felt so well looked after from the moment I stepped through the door. My hairdresser was so lovely and gave me the loveliest haircut. As is typical with me, I didn't like the 'natural blowdry' but I loved my cut when I let my hair dry naturally a few days later. Highly recommended!
Had the perfect haircut finished with a beautiful blow dry! Great value for money and the staff are all lovely.
