I usually don't write reviews but in this case I felt like I had to.
I asked the hairdresser to cut off the tops from my very long her as I'm currently try to grow my hair. She didn't listen to my ask and proceeded with chopping off some 10cm (or more). I also asked to cut my front hair shorter so that my haircut would have a nice shape and showed her exactly the length I wanted. However, she decided on her own that it wouldn't look good on me and cut the front hair in a very different way, ignoring what I had just said. Essentially, I'm left with a haircut I did not ask for and will now have to spend at least 4-6 months waiting to grow out my hair to the original length. I think it's safe to say that I'll not be coming back to this salon.
Piece of advice to your staff: listen to your customers!
