I had Ophelia cut my hair and she was very sweet and polite. I’m thrilled with the colour and very happy with the cut. A criticism would be that the finish wasn’t that great, a great blow dry is important to me to finish off a salon experience and I was underwhelmed with the way it was styled. The cut and colour are far more important tho, so I would book again. Great value for money.

I got my appointment time wrong but they sorted it out for me with no issues which was great. The place looked nice but was really small, and therefore you don't get offered a drink or anything when you arrive. I wasn't offered any magazines either. I didn't have to wait which was good and the haircut was quick, and reasonably priced. I did find it a bit odd that I was charged a 'long hair' price despite my hair barely passing my shoulders. Overall I'm happy with my cut so it was fine!
