I came to Gusto after reading the reviews online. I can't fault the haircut, but when I arrived I was taken straight to wash my hair. The hairdresser hadn't sat down with me to discuss my preferences or even to assess my hair condition whilst it was dry. I found this very unnerving. She clearly knew what she was doing because the haircut turned out great.

I was seen within a few minutes of my ten minute early appointment and offered a cup of tea that came with a small bowl of popcorn and a delicious biscuit. There were some communication issues with how much I wanted taken off but it was resolved by going in for a second trim. I had to pay £4 extra as my hair was unexpectedly categorised as long, however it doesn't break the bank! Overall the experience was pleasant and relaxed and the haircut feels good.
