The hairdresser was lovely and the toner she put on my hair was perfect. Only issue is my fringe wasn’t cut as requested so now I’ve dried it myself and it doesn’t look right. Going to go back and ask it to be trimmed. But great value for money overall.

Too many are you sure- she asked me 3 times about the length I want to cut, after 3 yes she asked 'are you sure'(I'm not asking her to do anything radical, just 2cm cut!!). At the end I asked her to trim the layer a bit more, she said why it is difficult to do but when I said it is fine just leave it she asked me twice if I'm sure. Heavy handed throughout. Quite disappointed as my first experience with Gusto was good but this time I'm really not sure if she knows what she is doing. Felt she needs guidance throughout but I'm not the expert! She is the hairdresser!!
