I had highlights and cut with Mario. He advised me to pay £15 extra for a toner and although the colour is ok, it’s really flat and not what I asked for. He also advised to keep my hair long but then he cut really short layers so now I have a haircut which is too short. Overall, lovely guy but not the result I wanted at all and expensive considering the result.

Staff were all very friendly and my stylist was lovely. Colour was fab and cut was slightly shorter than anticipated but I love it. Music was questionable at times and a little overpowering. Salon is quite small so every time the door opened and closed you felt a chill. Otherwise it was a lovely experience!

I agree with other reviews that it wasn't the most relaxing experience. The salon was noisy and everything was pretty brisk especially the hair wash which was done by a different member of staff to my stylist. However the hair cut was gorgeous, I felt like I was really listened to and it was possibly the first time I'd ever left a hairdressers delighted with the way my hair had been styled. Blow dry lasted so well too, even with no products!
