This was my second trip to Gusto and once again I had a great experience here. Mario is fab and is full of suggestions when I wasn’t entirely sure of what style I wanted and left feeling like my hair was the nicest it has ever looked 👸🏼will definitely be back

Very nice welcome upon arrival. My hairdresser was great, I appreciate all her suggestions and recommendations. I was a little disappointed on the treatment as I booked a haircut with Luxurious treatment. The treatment apparently consists in putting the conditioning on the hair and leave it as is for about 10/15 minutes. Given that is winter to be with waiting for such a long time with my hair wet hair I didn't feel comfortable at all, as it gave headache and I felt very cold. This process didn't allow me to enjoy the treatment. Other than that everything seemed to be really great, I will certainly come back to the stylist but definitely be booking only a haircut.
