Great experience. Mario was absolutely spot on! I always go for very simple haircuts and am generally hard to please. This time however I got EXACTLY what I wanted, also for the very first time people actually noticed that my hair looks different.
Simple yet stylish effective.
I was also a bit late and I gave them a buzz beforehand just to let them know. They very very understanding and didn't treat me any differently.
Lokking forward to my next visit!

Worst blow dry I have ever had & I get one done every two weeks!
Not only was my blow dry terrible it was met with a rude staff member. I mentioned my hair is curly so I asked for a smooth blow dry with a curl at the end (standard I know!) rather than clarify she blowdried my hair straight except for it was frizzy and extremely large. She then turned on the hair curlers, I then informed the hairdresser than I booked in for a blow dry and not a style to which she replied yes I straighten then curl. I informed her again this isn’t what I asked for, to which I was met with a response “well I should of said it differently” I’ve been having blowdries every two weeks for over a year now and have never been told to ask for it differently. Not only did she proceed to tell me I was wrong, when it came to payment at £25 for long hair I was informed that it’s now £29 because it took them over an hour. I refused to pay £29 as they didn’t confirm this with me at the beginning and it wouldn’t of taken an hour if my hair was done correctly.
Really disappointed in the blow dry but more of the attitude from the staff.

Had my hair cut first time at Gusto, done by Ofelia and one of the best haircuts I ever had. Really reasonable and great experience. She listened how I wanted my hair and gave good advice where needed. We were chatting throughout which made the whole experience quite comfortable.

This salon is excellent. I cannot thank Ofelia enough for the transformation she made to my hair. From the time I entered the salon I was greeted with a smile and Ofelia made a personal introduction and made me feel at ease instantly. I had never had my hair professionally coloured so going into it, I was hesitant. When I sat down she gave me recommendations as to what she thought what colour would suit my skin tone. She was very friendly and I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. When cutting my hair she also recommended ideas for my haircut different to what I had bought up and the results overall were a million times better than I had in mind. This will be my go to place from now until the end. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
