I had a haircut, conditioning treatment and blow dry, hoping to revamp my dry and straggly long hair. The salon was clean and the staff eminently professional - Mo was extremely friendly and reassuring and allowed me to send emails while he was at work on my hair. The end result was one of the best haircuts I've ever had, giving my very thick hair movement and shine without cutting off too much of it.

Last time I went to Gusto it was fab but I’m really not happy this time. I was only told when I got there that the hairdresser I had booked had quit and that I would have a different stylist instead.
The new hairdresser was lovely and did a BRILLIANT job with my colour but I honestly could not hate my hair cut more. I asked for a few long layers and explained that I really didn’t like blunt cuts - I’ve got a blunt cut with horrendously short layers. I would go back for the colour as it’s fab and I’m hoping he can sort out the cut but I’m sad.
